Upgrading To New Server

We are replacing our old single server with a cloud server. This offers many benefits including upgrades, portability, up-time and most importantly improved reliability.

This will only affect customers that already have picallo trackers(ST & C2020)

The trackers and customers can only look at a single location, so when moving the trackers on to the new server,  the customer will not be able to see them all reporting in untill they are all on the new server.

Example:- Customer looks at the new server and can see his trackers move accross one by one, or looks at the old server and will see his trackers stop working one by one.

To update a tracker we need the vehicle stationary in good signal for 20mins.  We have found moving one tracker at a time is alot safer.
