Depending on the version of Map Point you use Turbo Track should look something like this. |

Change Vehicle Name
The first time a unit reports in, it will automaticaly create an enrty and be displayed in the vehicle list on the right with its ID Number.
Old Radio units begin with a 3******, PDA's ID begin with 7******, New trackers 5******

To edit the vehicle name, click the Database and select Vehicle. |

Select the appropriate unit and click edit
Change the "Customer Name" to what ever you want. |

Run Reports
To run a report, click the report dropdown menu, select report Wizard.

Pick the type of report to use
IO & Location log shows for example when and here vehicle doors or sencers where triggered.
Journey Reports shows what roads and areas the vehicle passed.
Location, Event & IO Log, shows as much information as can easily be under stood (Recommended).
Speed Limit Report highlights when the speed limit was reached.
Stationary vehicle report shows if the vehicle was used in the evenings or weekend etc.

You can run a report for more than one vehicle one after each other, or for a specific vehicle. |

Specify the range of time you want to view, vehicle data is kept indefinatly so long reports can be easily generated. |

By default the top 2 are selected, adding the extra 2 may add time on to generating the report.
System activity would normally be used to trouble shoot a tracker
.

You can either save a report or run it and save it later. |

A report will look like this and open in a web browser like internet explorer. |

Set Paths
To access paths incase you make any changes on your network
click File, Set Paths.

The ttSettings config file that was displayed during install will pop up.
If you are using multiple installs of Turbo Track, the Data Path should point to the master installation on the server, if not the local install folder.
In/out box and gps path need to point to the data folder of turbo dispatch.
Normaly the Capture Inbox would be set to no, or it will intersept jobs intended for Garage Manager.

Default Map Location
To change where the map in Turbo Track displays at load up. By default the center of Europe.
Move the map and zoom in and out to what you want.
Go to the Map drop down menu, and select Set Home Location.
