Home Screen

Our software is set to run and connect at start up.

This is the home screen.
As you can see new messages are Yellow, current jobs are Green and finished jobs are Blue.

Selecting a Job

When you click on a job, all the information will be displayed on the right.

You would normally Accept the job, then On Scene when you get there and use the Action button to Clear Job when your done.

The Action Button also allows you to use Sat Nav for directions and Delete old jobs to keep thing tidy.

Send Message

When you select a job and press the Action button, one of the options is to send a message.

This allows you the add notes to a specific job back at base.

Another option from the Action button is WorkSheet/Sig.

This screen allows you to draw damage, take customer's signature etc.

This can be used multiple times during a single job.

The Menu Button

The Menu button can be accessed at any time, its functions are explained below, but you would normaly use it to turn of the tablet when off duty.

Send Preset Mssages

Send Preset Messages button allows you to quickly and easily update someone to your status.

Send Text Message

Send Text Message allows you to send anything you want back to base, it will pop up in the middle of the screen on Garage Manager and wont be added to any jobs.

Maintenance Screen

When you press the Menu button, one of the options is Maintenance. This shows everything the MTS software is doing, mainly used if you have a problem.

The Menu button on the Maintenance screen allows:-

Check for Update allows you to upgrade the software for compatability with Garage Manager Updates.

Debug Mode puts the Maintenance screen in to verbose mode.

Add Demo Jobs for testing or demonstration.

Each Tablet is tied to a tracker, if you needed to move the tablet to another vehicle, use Change ID to enter the new trackers number.

Shutdown Application will exit you to windows desktop, so you can use the tablet for somthing else.
