Basics

This is what GM Dispatch should look like when it is working.

Encryption should be on with GM 2.12 and any up-to-date version of turbo dispatch.

Licences are listen on the right hand side in this example we have 5 users can log on at the same time to view job data.

Any jobs being processed are listed in the Message Processes column (Mainly used in Night Control Mode).

Set Paths

If you need to change the paths for some reason, go to File > Paths.

Turbo Dispatch InBox and OutBox point to the Turbo Dispatch Data Directory (This can be a network share or locall directory).

Garage Manager Data points to the Data folder in GMWIN

Night Controller Settings

To set up a night controller go to Night Controller > Settings
Select Divert.
Enter the ID of your PDA (normaly begining with a 5 or 7).
Ouput Type always Netcom.
Delay Terminal Jobs, allow at least 10 seconds for GM to compile the wjole job before forwarding it to the PDA.
Click ok.

Turning Night Controller ON/OFF

To turn night controller ON just go to GM dispatch > Night Controller > Click Night Controller.
Just repeat to turn Night Controller OFF.
