Troubleshoot - Sim-less PDA (HP)

 Check WiFi Connection
Close MTT software (X in the top right), so you back on the home screen.
There should be a WiFi symbol at the tome of the screen, just tap it once.
It should say connected if not press settings.

 If there is not a WiFi symbol at the top of the Home screen press:-
Start > Setings > Connections Tab > WiFi. |

 This screen will give you a list of all the WiFi connections available.
Just click the one you want to use and press connect.
Once you have connected, the PDA will remember and connect automatical when in range. |

 Change HP C2020 Pairing
For a device to connect to a tracker is need to ahve the same name as the tracker.
If the trackers name is Test 01, call the PDA Test01(No Space).
To Check or change the name of the PDA go to:-
Start > Settings > Systems Tab > About

 Click on Device ID and change the device name (Recommended All Caps).
Click ok top right, may need to restart PDA.
