 Not Working
When the Data light turns red it could mean there is a problem with the sim card but most commonly there is bad signal and the tracker cannot connect to a mobile phone network.
When the GPS is orange instead of green it does not have a fix.
This could be due to tall building or over hanging trees.
The unit needs to have a clear view of as much sky as posible.

 If the GPS light has gone out the unit has a partial fix but cant see enough satellites accurate location.
We recommend driving around to see if anything changes or moving the unit into perhaps a better location. |
