Telephone support is offered to all customers who pay monthly airtime fees. Our team of highly trained support technicians are available Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm  (excluding public holidays).

Each help section has a thunbnail image to help describe the screens and windows used in the software.  To see the image more clearly, simply click on the image to get a larger version of the picture.  When you have finished viewing the image, click the close 'X' button in the top right corner of the popup window.
