Recovery Manager is designed for use by companies involved in the recovery of disabled vehicles. At its simplest it is an index of all the outstanding recovery jobs you are currently undertaking. It stores the rates charged to each individual customer and adjusts them to the time of day, distance travelled and includes any bonus payment offered. You may record who is doing which jobs and in which vehicle. It automatically displays the time you received the call, your projected ETA, your actual time on scene and the time clear.
The Parking Manager module is an index of all vehicles being parked at any of your premises, on behalf of the police, a motoring organisation, etc. It automatically keeps a record of all the accumulated charges and updates them daily. Recovery jobs may be transferred in to parking.
The Workshop Manager is for companies operating a repair or servicing workshop. It holds an index of all the outstanding repair jobs you are currently undertaking. It may be used both as a booking-in diary and a work scheduler for jobs coming directly to the workshop, printing out its own Mechanics Job Sheets.
