Software Support

Telephone software support is offered to all customers who pay monthly support charges. Our team of highly trained support technicians are available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (excluding public holidays).

Emergency 24/7 support is available for Garage Manager and Turbo Dispatch.

Support is offered on the general usage of our software products, this includes general questions, setting up of options and assistance with getting the best out of the software.

While we can also offer advice in regard to hardware, networks, virus checkers and third party software we are unable to offer direct support and can accept no liability after any advice is offered.

Tracking Unit Support

Telephone support is offered to all customers who pay monthly airtime fees Our team of highly trained support technicians are available Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm  (excluding public holidays).
